Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Kbeats Tech website, free app store, downloads, and related digital services. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not misuse another person’s account or create an account for unlawful purposes.
2. Free apps and downloads
Apps are offered free of charge unless a listing clearly states otherwise. Availability may change. You must follow each app’s installation instructions and use downloads lawfully. Kbeats Tech may restrict access where required for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse prevention.
3. Acceptable use
You may not attack, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape excessively, distribute malware through, or attempt unauthorized access to the site, its accounts, files, or systems. You must comply with applicable laws of Rwanda and the rights of others.
4. Content and intellectual property
The Kbeats Tech name, logo, site design, original software, and original content remain the property of Kbeats Tech or their respective licensors. An app listing does not transfer ownership. Third-party names and products belong to their owners.
5. Submitted apps
Coders asking us to publish an app confirm that they have the rights and permissions needed to distribute it, that it is not malicious, and that the information supplied is accurate. Kbeats Tech may review, reject, hide, or remove submissions.
6. Digital services
Website, software, hosting, domain, maintenance, payment, automation, consulting, and related work are subject to a separate written scope, price, schedule, and payment arrangement. No project begins solely because an inquiry was sent.
7. Privacy and records
We store account information needed to provide access, administer the service, record acceptance of these terms, and measure app downloads. We use reasonable safeguards and handle personal information in accordance with applicable Rwandan data-protection law.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Apps and information are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Kbeats Tech does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, threaten users or systems, infringe rights, or violate applicable law. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. New users accept the version shown during registration. Material updates may require renewed acceptance.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. The parties should first try to resolve disputes in good faith. Any unresolved dispute is subject to the competent courts of Rwanda.
